Shawn is a man with limited family and community. After graduating high school, he immediately went to work; secured housing and was moving forward with his life. Then when cut backs occurred, Shawn lost his job. He sold everything he had to remain in his apartment, but still found himself on the street. He was in a tent and traumatized when he came to Forgotten Stones. Over a short period of time, we began to see Shawn return to the vibrant outgoing individual he is. He volunteered with Inasmuch Ministry and worked with FS to update his portfolio consisting of a resume, cover letter and references. Shawn is a mechanical individual who enjoys repair work. He found employment with Reliable Cleaning; and then he moved into an apartment with help from FS. He is an active member of Circles of Allen County and continues to volunteer with IAM.
